Generally, all sales are final. However, should an item be defective, we will be pleased to exchange it. Items damaged in shipping will be exchanged.

If you feel that your purchase warrants an exception to our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

Very occasionally an order is lost or delayed in shipping. In these circumstances, we will conduct an investigation and attempt to locate the missing item. We will replace items which have not been delivered. Please notify us immediately if you believe your order has taken longer than quoted to be delivered.

Claims may only be accepted up to 4 weeks after the order was placed!
